MAPLE & PETUNIA
FEMALES - BONDED SISTERS
Petunia is the loudmouth of the pair, announcing when it’s time for pets and climbing all over you until you get the message. Maple Syrup takes a different approach—she’ll happily come when called, unless she’s busy with her dinner or working through a mysterious item on her kitten agenda. Between the two of them, you’ve got a full-time cuddle crew and a part-time comedy act. Almost four months old, these sisters spend their days snuggling, snoozing, and plotting their next round of play. They’ll be available in September—ready to move into a forever home that appreciates that some duos belong together. Think peanut butter and jelly, salt and pepper…or in this case, Petunia and Maple Syrup.

Medical / Special Cases
These wonderful adoptees may have a few extra needs, but they will repay you in unimaginable ways. Their kindness, cuddliness and joy of spirit will brighten your heart each and every day.
RIVER
EPILEPSY • FEMALE
The sweetest snuggle cat - and in fact, the MOST cuddly cat of all we have - River seeks out love and affection throughout the day. She'll lick your face with kisses, purring away. River arrived as one of the most fearful TNRH's, with all of her whiskers cut. Now, she's kind and adventurous, and a little too into human food. She'll steal your snacks if you're not careful. She sleeps on your head and wants to be cuddled in your arms, wrapped up and snuggled like a teddy bear. While epileptic, her seizures are few and far between and easily manageable.

Adoptable Adults
Many available adults are TNRH cats and rescued ferals. Saved from a life outdoors, these adoptable sweethearts are ready for a loving indoor life of soft blankets and treats.
GROWLER
MALE
Growler and his brother, Quill, run, wrestle, and play - zooming all over the house! Growler is still very hesitant with people. It is believed something abusive happened to him early on. He has been the most scared and shy of his litter and the slowest to come around. Growler doesn’t allow pets, but will hang out with you at your feet during evening couch time, and he is VERY interested in anything you are eating. Having him sniff foods is used as a postive way to interact. He also has a strange interest in playing with the water bowls - to a cute - but very messy extent!
Must be adopted with his brother, Quill

JAM
FEMALE - Born July 10, 2022
A calculated revenge-seeker, this rambunctious, high-energy babe is much more of a run-around wiggle-worm than a quiet cuddle lap cat. She doesn't stay in one place or sit still for too long. She'll sleep on your neck, face, chest, head - anywhere that makes it hard to breathe. Want to sleep in past 4am? Too bad. Jam says it's paw-at-you-for-playtime. Jam got her name because she was "jammin'" as a kitten. She was the first of her litter to play with toys and strut off on adventures. This little jamboree will always be up to something.

JIMMY
MALE
Meet Jimmy Carter! Like the former president, he suffered a broken pelvis. This once scared, limping, shy feral boy is now a ball of happy fluff. Though he doesn’t do much during the day but comfortably gaze out the window, he’s a mess of spins and meows for meal and pets time. Jimmy is a big silly sweetheart with an expression that looks like he's reading the flight boards at an airport. He is shy initially with new folks, but accepts pets. He’d do great in a single-cat home with a family to faun over him with great spoils. He deserves it.

QUILL
MALE
Incredibly shy with new folks, this little muffin will need patience, but he’ll warm up to waking you up with breakfast body slams - reminding you it’s time to eat! Mega purrs abound as he gets kisses and morning hugs. Then it’s meal time and off to adventure! He mega zoomies around with his brother, Growler - another super shy orange boy. The two are little orange chaos blurs of extreme cuteness and one orange brain cell between them.
Must be adopted with his brother, Growler

PIE
FEMALE
Pie is a distemper survivor. She’s been through it. As a kitten, Pie was shy, skittish, and understandably unsure of the world—after all, she’d spent most of her early days being poked, prodded, and passed around by vets. But here at B4C, Pie found something new: peace, friendship, and a place to grow. She’s now chasing tub balls, wrestling with her buddies and expressing her deepest gothy feelings when the mood strikes. These days, Pie is cautiously curious about love. She’s not quite a lap cat—but she’s getting closer. One day at a time. With the right home—one that’s quiet, patient, and full of gentle encouragement— Pie will continue to blossom. She’s looking for someone who sees her, gives her space, and lets her love in her own time. And when she does, she’ll love you deeply, weirdly, and completely. Like family.

SPLASH
FEMALE
Splash is a young, one-eyed feral who was all alone and has come amazingly far, enjoying playtime and pets - now with happy butt shakes! While she can intially be shy, Splash is becoming more and more social by the day. She enjoys evening cuddle and couch time, with rollies and playing in your hair. Splash is a fun, quiet, loving little one sure to bring joy to her new family.

TOMATO
MALE
Tomato came to us at 0.7lbs (terribly underweight), not eating, and with a broken front paw. He had been alone and declining in health. We immediately introduced him to a mother & kittens who accepted him instantly. Tomato started eating right away and loved his new family. His paw healed, he gained weight, and he is a healthy, happy little zoom-kitty. He is shockingly soft, incredibly cute, and an instant purr ball. Going to the kitchen? Feed Tomato. Going to the bathroom? Feed Tomato. Just existing in the house? Feed Tomato! He eats multiple times a day and we’re happy he does. He’s deserves all the food, all the health, all the happiness. Oh, and he always sleeps half-hanging out of a bed. He’s a character. Meet him, feed him, love him! Tomato!

Adoptable Seniors
Older, mellow and chill, these cats may be laid back, but are still lively and full of play. Just give them lots of cuddles after.
BERNIE
MALE - 10+ Years
Super chill, this incredible dad actually stuck around to care for his kittens! Fully recovered from half-body mange and multiple lacerations, his street-lived days are now far behind. In a considerably short amount of time, he's come to love belly rubs. He's calm, quiet, friendly to strangers, and somehow quite un-photogenic. He's kind of a jerk for breakfast, eating off everyone else's plate like a triceratops. He bathes many of the other cats and spends most of his time lounging about on soft blankets - as he so deserves.
